How do I clean a Puku™ backpack?
For your convenience, our care instructions can be found on the inner tag inside the main compartment of your bag.  Here are some guidelines to care for your Puku™ backpack:

  • Spot clean / hand wash with damp cloth. 
  • Do not submerge in water.

 

Are Puku™ backpacks safe for my children to use?

As parents, the safety of our children is absolutely paramount.  We have taken every step necessary and possible to ensure that these bags are suitable for children aged 3 and up.  Additionally, all Puku™ backpacks are BPA free and comply with USCPSIA standards for phthalates, lead and flammability.  Please note that these products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts and long cords.

 

Will Puku™ ever share my personal information? 

Rest assured that Puku™ will not sell or share your personal information.  When you order with us, we ask for your email so that we can communicate with you about your order, send you confirmation and updates, and tell you about exciting Puku™ related news. How long does it take for my order to ship?

As stated on each product page, please allow at least 3-5 business days before your order is ready to be shipped.

 

Where is my order? 

Please allow at least 3-5 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email you provided when placing your order.  So please check your inbox and spam folder.

All international purchases are final.  International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes.  They are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
