What countries does Puku™ ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship to dozens of countries around the world and are working hard every day to expand into new territory. As of now, we ship to the following countries at the following costs:
If you don't see your country on the list above, we still might have a solution for you. We can offer shipping to another 75+ countries thanks to the AmazonGlobal program, but here's the catch: we can't take your order on our website, you have to checkout directly on Amazon.com. Prices vary so we can't quote anything, but if you live in one of the following countries, head to our Amazon store so can complete your order!
If you do not see your country on either of the lists above, we unfortunately do not offer shipping at this time. However, please know that we are working on expanding as quickly as possible!
What time do I have to order by for Priority (next-day) or Expedited (two-day) shipping?
Our fulfillment centers have cut-off times for Priority (next-day) and Expedited (two-day) shipping. As long as you order before the cut-off time, your order will be shipped out the same day. If you order after the cut-off time, your order will be shipped out the next day. Cut-off times for each region are listed below:
- United States: 2pm Eastern Time
- Canada: 2pm Eastern Time
- United Kingdom: 2pm local time
Remember, these are the cut-off times, so we recommend placing your order at least an hour before just to be safe.
Where is my order?
Please allow at least 2-3 business days for processing before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This confirmation email and all correspondence from us will be sent to the email you provided to us when placing your order. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number after 3 days, please feel free to email us.
How do I clean a Puku™ backpack?
For your convenience, our care instructions can be found on the inner tag inside the main compartment of your bag. Here are some guidelines to care for your Puku™ backpack:
- Spot clean / hand wash with damp cloth.
- Do not submerge in water.
Are Puku™ backpacks safe for my children to use?
As parents, the safety of our children is absolutely paramount. We have taken every step necessary and possible to ensure that these bags are suitable for children aged 3 and up. Additionally, all Puku™ backpacks are BPA free and comply with USCPSIA standards for phthalates, lead and flammability. Please note that these products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts and long cords.
Will Puku™ ever share my personal information?
All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes. They are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
